This is a well made comfortable chair. I use it everyday at a workstation and like the fact that the arm and seats heights can be adjusted.
The only con that I have is that the backrest is a little loose on its support which is not a problem when sitting in the seat but makes a squeaking/rattle sound when I get in and out of the chair.

The arms have bent with use, but we alos lean on them quite a bit. Other than that it's a great chair!
